Jewelry Care
Please do not wear your jewelry when bathing, swimming, washing dishes, or cleaning. Water, sweat and chemicals are not good for your jewelry or gemstones. When not worn, store in a cool, dry place, preferably in an air tight bag.

Many of my designs are oxidized (darkened with a patina) for effect and should not be polished. With wear and time, the patina will wear off. I am happy to re-oxidize your jewelry at any point. For jewelry that does not have a patina and becomes oxidized over time, you can clean it gently with a mild solution of baking soda and water using a toothbrush, taking care not to scrub any gemstones or pearls. If you have questions about how to best clean your jewelry, please email me.

Shipping
All orders will ship via USPS Ground Advantage with $100 of insurance, which should arrive in 2-5 business days. You may choose to add additional insurance to your order, as I cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during transit. Please contact me prior to purchase if you'd like to insure your purchase beyond $100. You are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address at checkout.
Your order will be protected in a rigid box to prevent damage during shipping. I try very hard to use minimal packaging materials and will not include a printed invoice in your package.

Items marked "Ready to Ship" are completed items and will ship within two business days of your completed purchase. Items that are made to order, even if it's just adjusting the length of the chain, may take up to two weeks to complete. Local Drop-Off: If you are located in the greater Portland, ME area you can avoid shipping your order with the USPS and we can arrange a drop off! Just email me to work out the details and use code "Local" at checkout.

​​Returns & Refunds
Your satisfaction is important to me and I will do everything I can to make any situation right. Returns may be authorized on a case-by-case basis, for store credit only. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please take time to read all product measurements and descriptions, and carefully look at all product images. If you'd like additional information or images of a piece, please email me and I'd be happy to accommodate. If you are not delighted by your purchase for any reason, please reach out as soon as possible.

No returns will be excepted on custom made projects, but I will work hard to make sure you are happy with your piece.
